Refund Policy

At Lane Bx, we want you to love your activewear. If there’s a problem, we’re here to help.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion if the item is returned in original condition, unworn, with tags attached, and within 14 days of purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within a reasonable time at [insert contact email]. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Return

  2. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

  3. Once received, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or repair as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
